Take your building skills to the next level and construct a miniature winter wonderland! Following our structural adventures, this exciting new course challenges children to design and engineer a fully functional, multi-layered 3D Ski Resort Diorama. From soaring cardboard mountains and functional cable car stands to miniature alpine cafes, students will transform flat materials into a towering architectural wonder.

Children will learn how to:

• Engineer Architectural Landscapes: Construct multi-level terrain by cutting cardboard slopes and anchoring them into realistic 3D mountain ranges.

• Manipulate Sculptural Surfaces: Master texture-layering using paper-mâché techniques with white tissue paper to create smooth ski ramps and realistic snow drifts.

• Design Micro-Scale Details: Build intricate miniature elements including functional craft-stick signage, tiny resort floor lamps, and bespoke snowboard stands.

• Master Kinetic Mechanisms: Explore basic structural physics by assembling pipe-cleaner cable car seats and securing hanging wire pulley lines.
